Myself and two other girls headed into Kingston to a store called Primark (seriously, America....get that store!) and then to the 5-story mall again. I actually didn't go nuts, which is good.
Prized possession of eternity, though: something I wanted when I found out I was going to England...a British copy of Deathly Hallows. Well, the bookstore we visited was having a sale where it was basically buy 3 books for the price of 2, so I walked away with not just Deathly Hallows, but Half Blood Prince and a Nicholas Sparks book that I've never read, but wanted to! Ten points to Holly (no Harry Potter pun intended).
So, today was a pretty good day. Bonus: the weather was absolutely gorgeous; high 60's with a really awesome breeze, and not much sun, but still some. :) But yay...shopping. Now it's just relaxing with some good music and Whose Line. Life really doesn't get much better than this.
Oh, quick sis update: After a day from hell yesterday, she is now in Newark and will be flying out for Scotland at 7:30 tonight!!! Praise God! :) Such a relief, I can imagine. But thanks to all for the prayers/good thoughts, because they definitely worked!
blessings, H
